Apparently the delivery crew of this stores are corporate thieves. They managed to take an electric range, just one year old, perfectly working nothing wrong with it, we just needed second range since we divided building into two for 2 families. The electric range was supposed to be in the garage until we move it to its new position. My 18 year told them not to touch it, we did not pay for haul away service, yet they took it. Called them next day, they said they can’t find it and told me to forget about it. Steve is a delivery supervisor who told me Lowes has donated it to Goodwill on my behalf.
Bad reviews everywhere about Lowe’s are real, bad company plus thieves employees, what a combo.

We recently bought a patio set from Lowe’s and the boxes were covered in bird poop and looked like they’ve been through hell. The chairs were deeply scratched and there was bird nesting and poop inside. The 1-800 number and this store were unprofessional and clueless. Lots of empty promises to an easy resolution: Just send us replacement chairs! Almost two weeks of phone tag with this store and the Post Road one gave us aggravation beyond belief. This store even lied about not having the chairs in stock. Overall, a very unpleasant customer experience. I’ll shop for furniture at Menards or even Walmart at this point before spending another cent at Lowe’s!

I have shopped at this Lowes for many years and it was my primary store for home improvement. Today I stop in and there is no registers open up front. Not one. It was self check or nothing. I have a real issue with this and will find a new store if they continue to do self check only.

I needed to pick out a board and have it cut. I have developed vascular disease and getting around is difficult. Jackson picked out a nice straight board , cut it for me and then walk it to my car and loaded it for me, all with a lovely attitude and smile on his face. He's a keeper, Lowes!!! I haven't seen service like that in many many years!

My first go too is the garden section. They always have healthy plants. When comparing prices, the plants are more on the high end. I found the things I needed for some everyday repairs, but there wS limited options for wood glue. Overall 4 stars onthe visit!
