Quick witted and on his toes to work hard for you in case there are any discrepancies. Will helped me purchase my first home in 2022! Moving back to Indiana from out-of-state on a tight timeline made me nervous, but Will assured me that we could find the right home. Indeed, he provided virtual tours and was very responsive to my questions during the home-buying process (I had many questions and he patiently answered all of them). Closing went smoothly and I am thankful for Will and his team's support along the way!

Will helped me purchase my first home in 2010. I wasn't the easiest first time homebuyer, but he was patient, understanding, and helpful throughout the process. When I decided to sell that home, it was a no brainer to go back to the Lonnemann Team and Will Lonnemann in particular. I had a specific place in mind, but Will made sure I saw several others in the same price range to be totally sure. He was supportive throughout and I am grateful for his knowledge and expertise. Currently in process of finding the right home. I have limited budget but high expectations. Will and Michelle have been an absolute pleasure to work with so far! They are accommodating to my schedule and have been available for all of my questions and emotional venting.Super responsive and honest when viewing homes. I have viewed homes with both of them and they get a quick read on me and will tell me that the house isn't worth my time or money out of respect and their experience in the industry. They make sure to look beyond the new paint, flooring and fixtures.Home buying is stressful, especially in this crazy market but I feel at ease working with them and I know they are doing everything they can for my best interest. Even with COVID going on, it's been a good experience! Hopefully I can update this soon after closing on a home!
