I went to buy supplies for my DIY birdhouse and miniatures, they showed online the store had the items I needed available but when I asked they said the info was wrong, that was a wasted trip, also there wasn't a lit of miniatures available which made it worse, next time Ill go to Michael's

The manager named “Rob” or “Ron” is incredibly rude. Followed me and my friend throughout the store while we were trying to find gifts for a sick friend. Eventually charged up the aisle at us and accused us of stealing and vaping in the store. Neither of which happened. I use an inhaler. I finished my shopping but the more I think about it the madder I get. I have shopped here for years and have never been treated this way. I feel we were singled out as the only gay men in the store (i hate to say that but it’s true) As he didnt seem to follow anyone else. The rumours regarding Hobby Lobby unfortunately appear to be accurate.

I was there today and the girl at the register her name is Carly was very rude to me after asking her about the price of something and if there is any discount on it! She just said “I don’t know”.
And she and her colleague thought that was funny and smiled at each other right in front of my face while I was shocked about this behavior.

I went here yesterday with my little brother who is mentally handicapped and there was a man working who yelled at my little brother for picking a shirt up and putting it down in a different spot than he picked it up at. He yelled at him in front of everyone so we just left. I have never been treated so poorly and for him to talk to someone with mental disabilities is just outrageous and down right uncalled for.
