I love the products and the purpose, but call before you go. I designed a morning around being able to shop there between meetings, only to find out the their hours in their Google listing are inaccurate. And then two employees shrugged this off without any recognition the inconvenience this lead to, and without apology. Just rude.

A wide variety of different items from around the world. I enjoyed the staff's knowledge of the different items - it was cool to learn while looking at these awesome things. Prices aren't too outrageous for the type of things there are, and the fact that it's all fair trade makes this a place I'll likely return to for gift ideas.

This shop is my favorite in Indy!!! They have stuff from all over the world... as a traveler myself, I fell like im home!!Its very pricey thou... there are things I want to buy (jewerly specially) that I got for a couple dollars in those countries and they sell it for $30 plus..Sometimes I grab it, then I put it back and say... I'll go back to India/Peru/Kenya and buy it there again...But I still buy some stuff and gifts!!As I said, my favorite shop in Indy!I heard they are a non profit and everything goes into the artisans abroad... if that's the case....even better

I love to visit this store when I go downtown, especially to buy earrings and other jewelry. The staff is always super friendly and helpful! I love the diversity of items to choose from and that the purchases go to a good cause. Today I was shopping for birthday gifts for my daughter and had the pleasure of talking to Jonny. He had great energy, was very friendly, and attentive! He went above and beyond to wrap each item I bought so beautifully. I look forward to going back soon!

Still Requiring masks when no other establishments around are doing so. The workers inside are not even wearing N95s or NIOSH certified masks, so this rule is senseless safety theater at this point. The fear has to stop.
