I really like the store, and their Magic selection is top notch. However...
I attended my first Magic event ever at this store recently and had an unfortunate experience with staff/judges. Apparently, people were conceding just before the games were forced into a tie. A judge stood over me during the last 5 turns to act as a cop. He also interjected and interrupted me as I was counting damage for blocking. It was an extremely uncomfortable situation and makes me debate returning for any future events at the store.

I visited during GenCon (while taking some down time) and happened to be doing other stuff in the area. The man working the counter appeared friendly enough and they had quite a lot of available stock across multiple games.
The only reason this doesn't get a better rating is my boyfriend and I bought several singles. I only got around to putting them into my decks today, the cards were untouched and protected for the duration of the trip. Two of the cards I bought were a pair of Field of the Deads. I was charged full price for both, which is fine when all their displayed ones were in fine condition.
The two Fields were put into a single sleeve together and I never saw the second one until today. The one hidden in the back is damaged. Like, not just a little damaged, notably damaged. Note it shared a sleeve with the second one which was still in fine condition and the damage is most notable on the front side, where the card shared a surface with the second Field. It would have been impossible for the damage to occur in the sleeve without the second one being equally damaged.
It's unlikely I'll return here during future GenCons. Sure, it may have been an honest mistake, which is why I chose 3 stars instead of 5. But selling damaged cards as any other condition, not telling the buyer, and hiding it behind another card? That feels pretty intentional.
Buyer beware.

This will be my last trip to Game Time. It’s really changed for the worst in my experience, I even referenced them in a couple other places because I love their system for cards.Let’s get the obvious out of the way, they have no restroom available when events aren’t going on. They refused a request from my 8 month pregnant wife, because there are no events today…. Yeah, so that’s the cherry on top.My biggest problem comes from a specific employee, and word around town goes they are a problem for a lot of people. I’ve been yelled at, talked over, and outright dismissed by them multiple times.Tcgplayer awaits i suppose

Have been here so many times and have dropped at this point a few thousand dollars on cards.The red head cashier you guys have should probably find another job if she hates working there so much.I walked in to buy a card list I'd emailed about and I would like to apologize to her the inconvenience of making her do her job.
