I looked online for what they offered. I found a 10x 10 online for 42$ was given the same quote on the phone and via text message. They do a lot of texting I realized that I was over charged what I was quoted and agreed to. When I realize that, we went over the text messages and she agreed that it was off. Then I get a call back that it was in my lease. I explained that I never signed a lease. She said really so she said she would get back with me. She never called me back she sent me a text saying that they have the right to change a quote and they will not give me the difference back. There is no office. My unit had water damager and mold growing in it just after a month of storage. Gutters are clogged with birds nest allowing water to back up. Water pools outside of unit allowing it to rise up to the doors. Bad customer service.

Bigger Garage Self-Storage has been absolutely fantastic.
I found their prices to be better than competitive, their customer service to be kind and responsive, and the area quiet and safe.
I definitely will rent with them again if I need extra space in the future.

These people came in and jacked the price up of my unit by 55%! It was a family owned business before hand, my unit cost $90 bucks a month. Immediately they sent me a notification the rent was going to now be $150. Then I asked them to fix a very unsecured area in the fence where thieves had just broken in 2 winters ago and they went out there and just sledgehammered a cheap piece of pipe in between the gap and didn't even fix the gaping hole in the fence 6" inches from the pipe! And.... still.... no cameras in the back area. If you want put your stuff in an unsafe place where the management could care less if it safe....then maybe you would want to rent here. I will be out as soon as possible!
