“I've been shopping around Big Lots stores since I was a kid!.. It was the old man's favorite get away from not having to go to the weekly Sunday grocery trip with Mom!. Haha!.. so I would tag along.. have enjoyed their stores and prices since!.. Recently took the wife here to look at sectionals for an upgrade to the living room and was able to find one she fell in love with.. not an easy task btw.. and it was $300 less than the surrounding businesses. Ended up getting it... with the 3 yr warranty.. for what I would of had to pay for just the sectional at other stores. Great service and friendly staff!.. Keep it up Big Lots!!”
“Exceptional shopping experience. Felt like I was shopping in an upscale, designer boutique. PJ, Kevin & Brandiwine are rock stars. Your associates treated me & my mother with so much courtesy. They were so kind, personable & professional. They went above beyond. They helped us search for things that we couldn’t find & suggested alternate, new products. We definitely bought more than we intended but PJ & Kevin made us dig deep into our wallets. PJ showed us some new cleaning products (which we would have never previously considered). Kevin suggested a new mop. I ended up buying a Mr Clean mop bucket that I didn’t think I needed...but Kevin is right I need this thing! At checkout our exceptional experience continued, Brandiwine helped us find bleach cleaner & disinfectants. I stopped at 3 other places trying to find a universal remote, unsuccessfully.Not only did Big Lots have them, they were also well priced. Best of all, since I was so worn out from the day moving, I simply asked a worker if they had them, hoping to directed to abouts the location. “My visit to this location was my second time being in this store. This location is bigger than the one I normally go to. It's clean with wider isles. The store is a unique design. It isn't laidout like the rest of the stores. You have some isles running horizontally. The others isles are running vertically. All refrigerator units go around the back angled wall. The store seems to have a wider variety of products. The products themselves actually seem like a better product than the other dollar general store. The employees were awesome. Super friendly, polite, and know how to handle customers that are out of line. Which unfortunately a man walked in and started cussing out the cashier during my visits. There was no reason for this man to even come in the store to begin with. He was drunk and hadn't bought anything from the store prior to this. He was complaining about about heat outside and was cussing the cashier lady about it like she was to blame. Another customer started to talk stern to the man to run him out of the store and telling how rude and disrespectful he was. I stayed with the cashier lady to give her support. None of what happened was her fault at all. The lady quickly recovered from her shock and dismay. She got right back into doing her job. Talking away to me about the products I bought. She didn't let this man ruin her vibe or her day. Excellent store,employees, and product.”
“I go here it's very convenient less than a mile from me, it's Never Packed which I love & if i usually go for a specific item, it's usually in stock. Most of the times though, I only go in to see what they have on their Deals & their clearance, which they have quite often so most of the stuff they still have in stock even clearance is usually pretty cool! So I always come out with some awesome stuff. Also I've never had any too bad of experiences here with the staff or at the register they are generally pretty nice vibes. Thank you.”

“Shopped here more than once over the last 5 years. They have really improved the quality of the outside of the building. The inside has improved with cleanliness and lots of stock available. They recently added the over $5 items. Their Halloween / fall selections is excellent for Halloween. They have affordable items that you would see someplace else for much more. Friendly employees.”

I could always count on them to stretch my meat budget for the month. My cash food budgets were sustainable until shortly COVID 19 quarantine restrictions were lifted and issues with supply and demand logistics smoothed out.”
