I called Delta to find out if they had a replacement part to fix my kitchen faucet from leaking. Mind you, the faucet is 18 years old. She offered to send me the part for free and also ended up shipping me a new faucet for my other sink that was leaking as well. The most excellent customer service ever!

Leaking Water Roman tub spout that caused water leaking into the basement. At first they said it is not the spout but a bad oring that connects the rough in piping to the spout. I disagreed but agreed to try the oring, They sent the oring, it still leaked. They said maybe a poorly manufactured oring. I Insisted it was a worn spout so the oring wouldn't seal. They sent me another oring which still didn't solve the problem. I argued that it was a worn spout at the point the oring is suppose to seal against the inside of the spout. They finally said they would send me a new spout. As I said the new spout solved the problem. Long process but a commend Delta for finally sending me a spout for my Roman tub faucet that solved my problem

I have to say that the customer service person was actually nice and tried to be helpful but their policies are horrible. I ordered a replacement part that was described as 2 3/8 inch length, but when it arrived it was about 1 1/2 inch, so totally useless. It turned out that the description on their website was wrong (as admitted by their representative) but as the part was under $15, their policy is neither to replace it (I was told they don’t have a larger part) nor reimburse it. What kind of policy is it when the company makes a mistake and kind of says, „oops, too bad, you have to live with this“. Never again any Delta products!

Very helpful and kind delta customer support team.I had a small issue with the delta faucet and the small faucet part arrives within 72 hours.Highly recommendable and often sales competition is better than retail.

I am taking the time to leave a customer review for ********************************************* because I recently talked with a couple of their CS Rep's and I have to say, I was impressed with nearly everyone I spoke with. I had a replacement issue on a single handled shower faucet where the original design had been replaced with a very different designed cartridge. From the get go I thought they sent me the wrong cartridge but after discussing it in depth with a couple of service techs who provided me much more in-depth R&R directions than what is provided on the packaging, I followed the assembly design and PRESTO! Perfect results!Thanks Team Delta!

I purchased a Delta faucet in 2018 from Amazon. In 2023, it started to drip water. I happened to view the warranty information on the order and was surprised that there was basically a lifetime warranty on the parts and finish. The caveat was that the purchaser had continued to live in the same residence where the faucet was installed. After exchanging some information with customer service, the replacement parts were ordered and should arrive shortly. It's rare in today's environment that companies still practice superior customer service. My home was originally equipped with Price Pfister fixtures. In the past they honored a lifetime warranty on their products, but post-pandemic they decided to place limitations on claims. I will not hesitate to purchase Delta products in the future.

Very disappointed with the warranty service on our faucet. It was still under warranty but they refused to replace or refund us when it was defective. Sink came lose after 5 years and could not be tightened even by a plumber so we had it replaced. Took pictures of the issues and kept faucet to invoke warranty. Delta tried to tell us that it was a faulty install that made it come loose 5 years later. Also told us that because it was taken off we could not use our warranty. However the process they told us we would have had to go through would have involved us having a plumber come out 3 separate times. Would not replace or refund us for the faucet. They call it a warranty but really they want you to realize that it is cheaper to buy a new faucet and have it installed than deal with their nonsense. Very disappointed. Will not be using Delta products any more.

Four years ago I took ownership of a brand new house. When we did the walkthrough I did not observe that the Delta kitchen faucet was missing the very small cover that indicates the direction of the hot/cold water. Of course, this was not Delta fault, but the people that installed the faucet. After four years I decided to reach out to Delta to see if I could buy the little cover. Delta answered right away and immediately sent me the item free of any charge. They handle my request in a professional way and without delay. Great service!

I love the Delta single handle kitchen faucet (IZAK I believe) . However trying to change the cartridge as it started to fail turning off the water the nut to remove the handle could not be harder to access. Far too recessed so you cant see it and fished around with every ***** wrench available (per repair video) to no avail. Terrible design for repair! Will need to get a plumber to be frustrated and charge me to fix or replace this faucet.

I don't know who designed this kitchen faucet but it's the worst. It's the touch battery operated faucet. Once the batteries are dead, you can't even turn the faucet on with the faucet handle. Not always people have 6 batteries at their homes ready to change as soon as these batteries die. The faucet is beautiful but it's just pain when you can't use once the batteries are dead. And, the batteries on this particular ones die very fast. There should be a way to still use the faucet handle to turn on and off and get water even if the batteries are dead and the touch option is not working. Wish we knew this before buying this and it wasn't cheap either. Not well designed. Not satisfied with this product.

Have a Delta kitchen faucet that was malfunctioning. Whenever you depressed the trigger on the sprayer, the faucet would lock up and dispense nothing until the household water supply was turned off and the pressure released by opening a bathroom faucet. Then the faucet would operate fine until the sprayer was actuated again. Then the clearing process began all over again. Obviously this was quite annoying. Finally, I called Delta Faucet service and explained the situation. They sent a new sprayer hose at no charge and after installing it, the problem was resolved. What a breath of fresh air dealing with a company that stands behind it's product with such friendly courteous and expert service. Delta Faucet is the best!!

Just spoke with Delta Customer service in Florida. Sherri was a great help and very professional. Have a problem with my kitchen faucet and found it has been discontinued. They are setting me up with a substitute one. Can not ask for more than that. Wish more companies were like this.
