If there was an option to give a review 0 stars, I would do that. This is the 3rd time we've had a bad experience with this salon. The first time, my mom was getting her hair straightened by him. He was extremely rough and hurt her, she mentioned to him that he was being a bit rough and he didn't seem to care. The second time, we were calling to try and make an appointment to get pink highlights. When we mentioned pink is what was wanted, he was extremely rude when telling us that he didn't do "pastel colors." The third and last time he will ever take our money, my mom asked for a simple trim. Just to get the dead ends off, two inches at the most. He basically gave her a mullet, she can't even put it in a ponytail. That cut left her in tears. How do you mess up a trim that? I, with no experience, could've done better. It was $74, too. This is absolutely disappointing.

Unprofessional and got passive aggressive with me for asking questions. He then stopped the haircut halfway through and told me to find someone else to finish it! Length of my hair is way shorter than pictures I showed. Shocked and disapointed!

Great experience getting blonde highlights put in, hair cut, undercut cleaned up, and even got my eyebrows waxed. Hair and eyebrows look great and Steve was so friendly and offered great feedback on getting a look I would love.Services: Haircut

Needed my color fixed. Steve knew just what color I wanted my hair. I left with a cute cut/style. Steve is very knowledgeable about hair color and styles. It was nice to find a stylist who understands how hair should look! Highly recommended!

Absolute hidden gem! Steve was able to get me in right away for a cut and completely understood how I described how I wanted my hair! He was knowledgeable and efficient and talked to me about my hair health with an expertise I haven't experienced a lot before. I will definitely be coming back and bringing my family for haircuts!

I was so nervous about cutting my really long hair. Steve talked to me prior to the cut to make me feel very confident about cutting it a lot shorter than I would have ever felt comfortable enough to cut. I love my new do and will be going back!!!
