Great service from the entire Crew today as usual but a tip of the hat to the manager. I took my old car that’s been sitting for months to the location on West 86st. My car was extremely dirty because it’s been sitting for quite some time. The manager recommended that I go through twice at no additional cost! That says a lot about this location not to mention the manager.

I was a crew carwash monthly subscriber with all my vehicles for over 5 years. I recently was given reason to shop for a new carwash provider due to multiple poor experiences at multiple Crew Carwash locations.
Do yourself a favor and drive just a little further to Prime Carwash.
They still care about customer satisfaction. I wish I'd switched sooner.

I mistakenly left my one of car mats on the Vacuum side. The next day I asked one of the crew members and said yes we have it. She went to bring it but came with nothing and said someone has taken it. If this someone is from their customers, they should not give it to anyone with out matching it with the other mates. If this someone is their workers, not going to say?
