Got an email asking me to review my "recent purchase". But I have never been to a Hibbet City Gearsports location or ordered from them online. My guess is someone gave them my email address in error and their policies are so poor that they do nothing to verify information prior to attempting to use it.
This shows a decided lack of security consciousness on the part of Hibbet City Gear. So I wouldn't recommend giving them any information (like credit card information). Probably better to shop elsewhere unless you don't care about the security of your personal information.

I love the city gear in eagledale, sometimes I have to ask for help first but after I get help the employees are persistent

Most clothes today are overpriced don't push your overpricing on the consumer start having better sales and discounts not what I truly expected considering I come from a city like CHICAGO...... Indianapolis needs to learn the shopping rules like Chicago.....????

Had to buy a shirt just to purchase my shoe release. The workers act like you're bothering them. Just go get my shoe and hold the attitude. The gay dude in Eagledale Plaza us thee worst. Dude act like he own the store. Heard him ask a customer "WHAT DO YOU WANT" when they requested assistance. Poor behavior for a business

Lots of cool stuff in there, too bad the customer service is abysmal. Tried asking if they had any shoes for my bf shoes and she didn't listen and walked away. This happened multiple times while she was the only one that was on the floor. She just kept looking on her phone for what was available instead of looking in the back and giving us options. Felt ignored. How am I supposed to buy shoes if you ignore me? Left frustrated. The site shows shoes that they don't have in stock. Get better employees and inventory management.

I had to buy some clothing in order to buy a pair of sneakers. I have the option to buy online but preferred an in hand pair with no damaged box. The cashier tossed the box on the counter and then told me I had to buy some apparel or win the raffle to buy the sneakers.
