I had the best experience with this company. The best customer service hands down. I was treated poorly by privately contracted floor installer. They went out of their way to assist with finding me help for remedial work. They negotiated a good price for me as well. My carpet installation was done timely, and efficiently.

Benny's was No Frills Great! I showed up in the morning, picked out carpet, agreed on the price and got installed Same Day. Last minute decision on my part due to new furniture coming and they got it done. I would recommend to anyone. Kudos to the team.

Wow! I’m impressed. What a great experience from the moment I walked in. Jason was very welcoming and kind. He did a wonderful job on a carpet that needed to be fixed from my dog ripping it apart. I wouldn’t go to any other carpet business for life. I would highly recommend. 10/5 experience.

Highly recommend Benny's Carpet. Beautiful, soft carpet and great installation. Jason took his time to ask us what we valued and to show us several carpet options. Among the quotes we had received for carpet, Benny's was the best price for the better carpet. We will shop again at Benny's!

I shopped around several carpet stores and found just the right one for the right price at Benny’s—due in large part to the excellent customer service from Jason! I wish I could give more stars! He actually answered all of my questions no matter the time and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with the product and price. Consider skipping the big stores and give Bennys a shot. They won’t disappoint!

Wow. Just, WOW! I have worked with several other flooring companies here in Indy over the years, but nothing beats the professionalism and grade-A installation from Benny's. I worked directly with the owner, Gary, and his son, Jason. They were honest and FAIR about price, gave me several options, and even sent me home with samples. This tight-knit crew stayed in close contact throughout the whole process and their AMAZING installer, Mike, helped me trouble-shoot an unforeseen problem. I will NEVER go to a big-box store again. Keep your business local with Benny's. They're nothing short of amazing.

These guys were amazing - I'm not sure about the, "deal" I got because I just wanted a quality carpet for our entire home (4rooms). We didn't shop around for price like we used to -- There is a reason Bennys Carpet has been in business for 40 years - they are straight forward and honest, they care about the customer and they aren't trying to sell you something you don't need. It was great doing business with them - our carpet is so pretty and cushy!!! KEW
