This particular AutoZone helped me get back on the road when I didn't think that I would. They have a friendly and helpful staff willing to go the extra mile to see to it that the customer is happy when they leave. Hats off to store #2611! Special thanks to Patricia because without you I don't know what I would have done. You were a life saver. I highly recommend this store.

Depends on specific store and employees but if you avoid stores in bad neighborhoods the stores in good areas are very helpful and will do all they can to find a warranty or a part even if you have to go to a different location due to stock availability

The employees refused to honor the tagged price on every item I tried to purchase. They're running an obvious bait and switch . I'm someone who purchases from AutoZone fairly regularly and I will never go back to this one or recommend anyone do business there.*On a personal note, the older female at the register is a nasty old nag with a bad attitude and worse teeth. That is all.
