brought a battery in for a bench test and the guy misread it, told me it was fine. had to get a tow truck out to where my car is to tell me the battery really was bad. don't have a car for like 5 days longer than necessary so thanks! least it's probably not the alternator. wouldn't buy an air freshener from this place.

I tried to buy a part at 845 and they wouldn't even let me inside . They just said we're closed. Also turned away at least three other parties also.

We had a last-minute car issue on Christmas Eve, and Josh K was a huge help. Excellent customer service, and super fast. This is definitely where we will come for other parts in the future just based on the customer service.

I will never go back, people that work there are so ghetto, ghetto service, attitude, they want to fight with you instead of providing a service. The cashier was so high, couldn't even talk, was mumbling his words and his superior was backing him up with attitude. Calling corporate on these idiots and low life serving customers
