I am very pleased with the service I received at America’s Best. All the staff were very friendly. I was especially impressed with Danielle. She was the last person we spoke to, but she did such an amazing job at letting me know if it would be most cost effective to use my vision insurance or pay outright. Oddly enough, it was cheaper for me to pay outright. I guess I’ll be cancelling the vision insurance. None of the staff made us feel rushed and took their time with my daughter and I. I never felt pressured to spend money I didn’t need to. I had previously been going to Dr Tavel for over a decade. America’s Best, hands down, has the best prices on glasses. I was able to get 2 pair for $69 and a free eye exam. It looks like I’ll be a customer for life!

I took my parter here to get contacts a couple months ago. the service was poor and their prescription is not correct. the person attending them was extremely rushed and did not give us enough time. regardless we came to order some glasses. on pick up time service was extremely poor. employees were not knowledgeable in adjusting glasses. they told me “these glasses aren’t meant to be bent” as they are bending them with their bare hands. once the handed us the “adjusted” glasses they were not even and uncomfortable. they stated that we had the wrong frame but then proceeded to not help. will not be shopping here again.

I came to this store to get some glasses nobody acknowledged me. Four employees one was with somebody. The other three was at the front desk just talking . I purposely walked around a little bit longer to see was at somebody would knowledge me and guess what they didn't. sad

I have went there for years, NO MORE. The doctor is fine, but the company billing system stole $150 . They failed to run my insurance properly. Sent me a '2nd notice' for costs covered by insurance. I paid then tried several times to get them to properly bill my insurance to be reimbursed. I called 4 times and spoke with 4 different people, I even had my insurance on the line during the last call. The insurance could find nor could America's Best provide proof that they ever billed my insurance. Beware of shady billing practices.

Danielle was absolutely amazing. I'm always glad when we come in and see she's still here. Her first day she actually helped my son get his contacts in. And every time we come back for his exam we get her and the fact she remembers him and his first visit as well is so great to me. Her personality is so amazing I love this locations!! Keep it up Ms. Danielle!!
