My family, friends and I will not be back.
I was recommended Houser’s for my vehicle needs and figured I’d give them a shot after reading some reviews. Unfortunately I didn’t get the friendly and welcoming Houser’s that was talked about in the reviews. Houser’s charged me $100 just to look at my air conditioning. (mind you my air conditioning was not fixed) When my significant other asked about the price, he was told (in a disrespectful manner) the price was for his labor. When I heard that I genuinely laughed. The “labor” in question was putting Freon in my vehicle and connecting a computer that autozone does for FREE.
Aside from that, If you’re looking for an auto shop that’s disrespectful and rips you off by over compensating their mediocre work, Houser’s is the place to go.

Still trying to find a trusty car shop after having moved here a few years ago. Found them online and went in. Very accommodating, pleasant, and friendly experience. If I do need my car ever looked at again, I'll be going here.

Just picked up car which is a loaner and the engine light is on and they did a minor repair where it had a small coolant leak and now it’s making a loud water gushing noise in the dash.

They are GREAT here! As a woman, I get so nervous that i’m going to get scammed at an auto repair shop. Dave and his team are so kind and trustworthy. They are honest about what’s happening in your car and what it will take to fix it. They talk you through everything and help you feel at ease in the process! I’m so grateful for their entire team. I can’t recommend this place enough!!

This is the best, and most honest mechanic shop I’ve ever used. They don’t try to upsell you into things you don’t need. I refer everyone I know to Houser Automotive.

Well, my daughter just went here because she had a flat tire. Normal. Pumped it up at home and drove it in. They said they checked it and it was fine. Turns out the sidewall is separating. Replace a bulb no problem. Gets home, next morning other side is flat.Giant new, wheel weight stuck in the tire. Took it elsewhere to fix. Went to pick up today. Original tire it was taken in for was flat. Did they check it? So my single mom daughter took her car in to be fixed and not only did that not happen shes out the price of an extra tire. Instead of one now its two. She went here because of the great reviews. LolYou make your own assessment. Stuff happens. When she called they were blasé at best. So that was the experience. Not all can be great I get it but we'll go elsewhere. All she wanted was her tire fixed and they're too incompetent to find an air leak.

I had an unknown engine warning light pop up one day. Dave got me in and checked the error code. Found the problem and fixed it in minutes. Yes, just a few minutes. To say I was thrilled is an understatement. Best service hands down!
