Very very nice guys up there they fix my transmission even gave a discount and they told me a date they would be done and they was right and they are very friendly people I recommend any and all to go if having transmission problem

This place is great! I called around several transmission places between here and Valparaiso and this place seemed the most knowledgeable with the best equipment and the best price.I really don't know anything about Transmissions and they were very patient in taking their time to explain to me the work that needed done the pricing and the time needed to do it.They answered all of my questions they got me in and out and even a few dollars under budget I would not hesitate to recommend this place if you need transmission work of any kind.

Horrible place to go. The manger lied and said my truck was getting worked on and it wasn’t . He told me one price and jumped up to another price.Things was stolen from my truck and the guy Jim is a very good liar. So he thinks. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to them. They took my trans out and never put it back in and then lied about it being put back in. I popped up at the shop he said my truck in their storage. I don’t recommend anyone doing business with this place. Very bad service. They deserve no stars.

Guys steals things . Drop my car off for work and things came up Missing. They did a terrible job on my transmission went out 4months and the guy basically ghost me. Had to pay almost another 2 thousand to have the transmission fixed correctly. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to this place. Horrible serviceService: Transmission

I took my 2004 Chevy Tahoe to Chuck and his crew and they rebuilt my transmission in only 2 days and didn’t overcharge like other shops I called I would highly recommend The Trans pros for all your Transmission troublesService: Transmission

The service is horrible the guy told me one price and jump to to another price after my car was in their business he told me that he totally rebuilt my transmission and my transmission went out 3 months later they are con artists at that place.Service: Transmission

I stopped in and asked for a quote for an oil change. The quote was competitive, so I agreed to have it done. When picking up the car, I was charged an additional $15.00. I inquired about the discrepancy between the original quote and the final bill, and was told that I needed a new oil filter! Who quotes an oil change without including the cost of a new oil filter?? And who just jacks up the price by $15.00 without discussing it with the customer first?? This place! What a horrible way to conduct business and treat your customers. Do yourself a favor, and take your business elsewhere!!
