Went in to get my drink subscription to my normal gas station lady working at 12:12 on June 17th 2024 usually is unpleasant and unprofessional staring at her phone while it lays below the screen on top of the cash register thinking that she's being slick never looks up to greet you I've never seen her clean the Slushy machines have not had bomb pop in 3 weeks maybe I'm just getting the luck of the draw but the kid crying next to it wanting his something other than the blue slushie the only one that was working leads me to believe otherwise decide she's going to talk over me while I'm trying to explain to her that it says processing not swipe card yells at me to swipe my card so add rudeness to unprofessionalism I'm usually pretty happy with the guys that work there and the other girl they're always so nice and friendly it hurts me to give this place to Stars especially when Family Express is a great Corporation and I love their products I'm currently at Luke's getting my slushie across the street

When getting gas and a car wash at the pumps, you need to be fast with deciding which wash you want. I thought I was fast enough until I saw the screen say, "See an associate for car wash code." Not only did I miss my savings of .30 cents off per gallon. I had to inconveniently walk inside and pay for the wash. I even told the attendee, and they seemed like I wasn't the first person to have this problem but couldn't help me. Thank you. "FAMILY" Express.

Not really sure about how the customer service is on the inside, but one of the things I really appreciate about this location is the car wash. It used to be $4 washes, but the price, of course, went up like everything else.But it's one of the few Family Express locations close by that has the car wash. It comes in handy when you just need your vehicle to look presentable, but don't want to pay a ton of money or you don't want to do it yourself.Also, the other thing I appreciate about their car washes is the fact that it's the type that you drive into yourself. Nothing ever pulls or drags your vehicle along, which may risk messing up your alignment. This is one of the main reasons I prefer the Family Express car washes.
