I graduated in 2018 and I got my license in 2022.I have NEVER RECEIVED MY CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION. I have contacted the school multiple times, I’ve worked with 4different Admins that say they can get it to me and then they leave and I have to start with the next new Admin.

I want to say first off I know it’s a school and they are just learning but when I went to get my hair done I noticed no teachers watching or even coming by to check and see how it was going when the girl was doing my hair. So I don’t get how they are learning at all. My hair came out very bad it feels horrible and looks even worse I just wanted the blonde I already had in my hair moved up but still have the roots darker and my roots were mostly blonde but the tone of hair hair is like a orangey yellowish color.

The customer service by instructor -Erica was poor she rolled her eyes when I declined services from a student because I had made what I thought was an appointment but told it’s only a request and I would get the next available student, this is after I waited for 15 mins only to be told that my requested student had another client I have natural ethnic hair and it can be difficult for some of the students and I have worked diligently for 5 years to grow and keep it healthy! The instructor never checked on my services during the appointment nor did she sign off on the student form but made a point to tell me o needed to sign prior to services after the student asked for her to review the treatments I would be receiving! At this time the instructor could have informed me about the rotation policy but waited until I had been in the chair for 3 1/2 hours! The instructor said the other student was upset but she was never given a new client (during the 3 1/2 hours that o was being serviced! The instructor Erica admitted to rolling g her eyes at me but stated it was at the situation not at me personally! They never apologized for any confusion, but after I informed them I had been coming to the school since it was Creative Hair Institute 20 plus years
They became more empathetic, but told me if the student was absent when I came for the next appt I would get a student out of rotation!

I would give five stars but for about the past two years it has been very hard getting an appointment. Service and people have always been pleasant. I don’t understand how they are always booked but when I go there’s always students working on a doll or another student but not a client. I just go for either a trim, scalp treatment or a flat iron service. Also a few weeks ago I called and they told me Mondays they take walk ins not appointments and that’s not case when I got there they said no they don’t service clients on Mondays. I wish it was noted on there website what days and times they service clients and they had an online appointment tool on there website. Like how in advance to I have to call to get an appointment?

service was relaxing, and brows look great. Haley was awesome! Highly recommend supporting estheticians in training! Visited with my grandma and sister and we had such a good time!
