My experience at KIA is one I’ll always remember , firstly because I purchased my very first car . I was both excited and nervous but with the help from a very kind , sweet and honest Car sales women Angie Mac. I left the dealership with the biggest smile . She was so very helpful and patient . She wanted to make sure I understood everything before just selling me the car . I never really leave reviews but Angie deserves the praise! Thank you so much again and thank you KIA for your very kind workers . Sad I didn’t get a picture with her and the car !!

If I could give them zero stars I would.
Kia and Hyundai cars are all junk and the engines fail after a few tens of thousands of miles because of defective connecting rod bearings.
UPDATE OCTOBER 2024: we're going to sue them now in small claims court because while performing recall work putting an anti-theft cylinder around the ignition key cylinder in the steering column they got two-part epoxy into the ignition key switch and ruined it. Suddenly you cannot turn the key cylinder without ENORMOUS effort to start the car. Their service manager has denied that the Loctite two-part epoxy that is listed on the bill for the warranty or recall work got into the key cylinder and that the cylinder must have just failed on its own by a magical coincidence!
In addition, after this recall work, absolutely NOTHING inside the vehicle works. Not the heat, not the power mirrors or windows or locks. NOTHING electrical works now. The doors can no longer be locked either. But the service manager claims that this is all just a magical coincidence.
They have always been dishonest even from years ago when we started doing business with them, both on the sales and the service side. Avoid this dealership. You've been warned.

Love this place. I recently purchased my Telluride SX from Thomas KIA and had a great experience. The staff was attentive to my wife's wants and needs and found the exact Telluride she was looking for. Everyone at Thomas made us feel like family. I will definitely be back when I'm ready for my next KIA. FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY !!!
