Ruth was the absolute best! She had great customer service. I would pick this sephora location over any other just because of her. Also, her makeup looked bomb.

0/10 Do NOT recommend. I just left this location on 3/6 at 4:05 pm. I was there for about 15 minutes. Days prior I had the makeup service at a different location. I planned on spending about $200 plus to recreate the look and get more into makeup. The two associates there at this time were trying on makeup for THEMSELVES. I continuously circled the store (looking visibly confused) and was not asked if I needed help with anything (even after making eye contact).Their lack of customer service is pretty tragic and I feel like I wasted my time coming from Illinois to here on a day of work.

AMAZING! The service, the beauty assistants, everything. Cleanest Kohl’s Sephora I’ve ever been in, and they are always in stock of the best items! Customer service is top notch and so so helpful! Mira specifically helped me with a foundation match last time I visited, she nailed it! She made sure I walked away with exactly what I wanted and educated me so well on what products to use. Will always take time to drive the extra way for this location! 1000000/10.

Poor Paula and Mely were alone at Sephora. Although being alone, they were very helpful juggling the duties of being at the cash register and helping me in my new skin care journey. They honestly deserve a pay raise. I have never been this well attended. They were phenomenal. Paula and Mely KNOW their skin care! If you go to highland Sephora, ask for Mely or Paula!
