After years of being a loyal customer, I was deeply disappointed that even though some of the free gift was missing from the gift package I was told I had to come back the next day if I wanted the 2 pieces that they had because I was a day early for gift. I live in a different state. Not in my opinion, how you treat loyalty.

I got my makeup done by Crystal for my sweet 16 and it came out amazing! I ended up looking like a princess! I gave her a reference photo and asked her opinion about it because it seemed warm toned to me and my dress was navy and she completely understood what I meant and made me feel well taken care of. She made sure my feelings and opinions were heard and taken into consideration. When it came to mascara I tend to freak out a bit so I told her this and she let me apply it myself which I was so thankful for. And I got this application free when I bought $50 worth of makeup and I was able to get the lipstick she used on me to touch up my makeup through the night but I didn't even need a touch up!First pic is the reference photo and second is my makeup after the party, I was too busy dancing to take photos during ?I got my hair done at Salon Capellani by Diana and nails done at Leo Nails!
