I am very upset that I walked in today to go down to my safety deposit box and there was no one who could help me. I have rented a box there for 25 years and need to get into it 2-3 times a year to get our birth certificates or other documentation. They said that I would have to come back at another time because the ONLY person who could help me was with a customer and would be awhile. The manager was there, but they said I’d have to come back. This is ridiculous. Guess it is time to look for a new bank. Btw, I’ve been banking there since I was a child and it was Back of Highland and people cared about their customers.
