Our church has an account with this bank. First, let me say the customer service from most of the staff especially Cordelia (sp?has been exceptional. My one issue is they don't allow business accounts to use zelle.

Yet again another fifth third with a third of the fifth service... To be honest y'all, it's sad truly sad. And my thing is that I don't have access to my hard earned money... haven't for days now and rather than being understanding. I've actively had to start recording them just to be seen by the manager... So that an issue that's been said on record at this point is something only a branch can fix. Oh and I'm still waiting to be seen 1hr +

Went to withdraw money, and let me tell you, I’ve never met a person so nosey. So incredibly disrespectful asking so many personal question just because i am trying to withdraw MY money from MY account. And then to add her opinion about how she thinks withdrawing money is not safe, GIRL it is not your money. I work for a bank, and there is nothing suspicious in my account to make her judge me so hard. I wasn’t going to close my account but after the awful customer service, I’m thinking I might have too.

Absolute nightmare. I have several banks and only with fifth thirds. Do i consistently loose money to hidden fees and poor management. Terribly rude. And absolutely horrible bank. Best experience was closing the account. Take your money to chase.

Made an appointment at 4 pm today and got there on time ... made us wait in the lobby and watched two men walk in and they helped them before us. Customer service is horrible here.

I had a wonderful experience transitioning from Chase to 5/3. Our personal banker went out of his way to make us feel welcome. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I am glad that I switched!

I was just in this establishment and spoke with one of the bankers about my account. I explained to him that $200 was taken out of my account and sent to another account without my permission, and the person who received did not request that money either. I explained everything clearly to the banker, and he was not helpful one bit. He pretty much told me its my fault, he cant do anything about it, and its just gone. So i took the time to call their corporate office and explained to them the situation. They told me that they would be able to help and file a dispute and see where it goes from there. They helped me out big time. I highly recommend if you have any questions not to go here, and just call. The people working at this bank are just there to work, and not help. You would think they would help their customers as much as possible and not just push them away. After i spoke with the lady on the phone she said that if i went to this location and explained the situation to them, they could have called corporate and explained what happened and helped me further. It is great to know that a college kid, who is just trying to save up money, is getting scammed, and these people are refusing to help.
