We used them to do our entire kitchen of granite, as well as a kitchen eating bar area. They were not only wonderful to deal with, but did the job quickly. Of 3 estimates, theirs was the best, and we spent hours with them, picking out the Granite in their yard. We had an issue with the way the sink was caulked. But they had their son come out and redo within a week or two. And it was fine. Very nice people to work with. Do nice work, for the best price.

I hired Granite Innovations for my kitchen counter tops. And then recently I referred my in-laws to them for their new house counter tops. We had amazing service from them on both jobs. I recommend them to anyone looking for superior service and quality. Plus, they are very nice people!

The initial consultation, measuring, and installation was done within 2 weeks and we're very happy with our countertops. However, we have a couple of chips in the sink opening and were told that they would come back and buff out or fill when we call to make an appointment. My first call was March 12, 2019, no response after 2 weeks. Finally, on June 5, after over 2 months of back and forth calls, Nathan came out and fixed the sink in about 1 hour. He did a great job!

Worst customer service follow through I have ever dealt with. Defect in my quartz countertop which was noticed after installers left. Was told by one of the installers when he dropped my drains/sink strainers off (that they forgot to leave day of installation) that the spot must have been buffed out to long....have been getting nothing but lip service since. Waiting for almost 1 month for an answer/solution to the problem. They actually wanted me to file a claim with the quartz manufacturer. This is their company therefore their problem to fix. I feel as if they, got their money so they are done with me hoping I will just go away. NOT going to happen!! I will be filing a claim with the BBB and am considering legal actions. Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with!!!

Granite Innovations is the best. My experience with this family owned company was fantastic from beginning to end. Improvements in the customer service area could be better. There is a tendency to not return calls. Although I definitely would highly recommend this company for granite and/or quartz products.

After visiting many stores and warehouses looking for just the right counter tops for our kitchen we found Granite Innovations. We were able to pick out the full slab we loved and template our pieces exactly how we wanted them. Installation was perfect. Sink and all. The whole process took less than a week and we got exactly what we were looking for. They were friendly, professional, personal, down to earth and affordable. The best service we could imagine.
