What a pleasant surprise. I had been waiting over a month for a part for my VW Atlas from another recycler. I finally gave up and found the part on NAR's website, I ordered it and picked it up a few days later. THey kept communicating with me as I neared the pickup date. NAR wasn't selling something that they didn't have. When the bumper cover was taken from their warehouse and brought to the store, they discovered that there was some slight damage to it. I was contacted, and we discussed the scratches and was offered a better price if I still wanted it. No pressure, just great service. Just walking into the store front made me realize that NAR really appreciated me as a customer! I highly recommend Northlake Auto Recyclers if you need a replacement part. I left a very satisfied customer with the part I needed!
