Opened an account only for the purposes of my social security starting to come in. I deposited my government check of back pay and here I am almost a week later waiting for it to clear. They automatically sent my check to the fraud department. I brought them the proper paperwork and I'm still waiting. Now I have my checks coming in starting in January now I'm concerned about those. I should have never opened an account with these people I will be closing it after I get my money cleared. Honestly they don't even deserve a one-star rating.

They told me over the phone that I had to set an appointment. I set the appointment, came in minutes before and the wait time was 20 minutes after my appointment and no one bothered to help me. Left out.

Everytime I come I'm here for about 15min waiting. I really hate when I have to make a deposit. The service is so slow. I come once a week and everytime i come its the same. I come at different times, different days. Something needs to be done.I dint use mobile because it's a business account and that is the best answer u have for me. I am here today and I didnt even get greeted. Smdh

The worst bank ever! Customer service is terrible! They don't want to help you with anything! Do not go to the Hammond location, the manager is the worst!

I love this bank and I'll tell you why because they have a computer program that deducts the amount out of your checking account at 12 midnight and all the others deducted at 6 p.m. at the end of the day so with this program you never have an overdraft fee in your checking I hated the other Banks the money would be in there or we get a fee I'm done with all that I'm so thankful for Fifth Third

Spiteful and unprofessional employees. Account now on hold due to comin gin to close to closing time with a big check they didn't want to deposit. Rosa and the manager, can't remember her name, way to go guys.

I pulled up in the drive thru with no customers inline and 4 clerks in the bank to deposit a check I arrived at 12:25 pm and they didn't even greet or say a word to me til 12:33 pm and the deposit wasn't done til 12:36 pm Thank God my business accounts are not here very disappointed. That long of a wait should be unacceptable.
