I was very upset that I went to the clinic at this Walgreens and I thought that I would be able to get my prescriptions filled right there at the pharmacy, but I was told that they don't accept Medicaid insurance this was such an inconvenience to me because I really needed to get my medication at that time I don't have a car so I had to go home without my medication and try to get another ride just to go get my medication somewhere else this is such an inconvenience.

Employees were more interested in their conversation than offering help! Walgreens usually has great staff.

I order all my pictures through an app called Printicular and they get sent to the nearest Walgreens to me and this one is it. Every time I have been in the store has been clean and I've gotten in and out. My photos also come in great quality :)

Placed an online order for two items. Order canceled with the reason that both items were out of stock. I went into the store and both items were in stock.

Why is it every single time I call this pharmacy I am put on hold? I can call when they open, in the middle of the day, in the evening, or right near closing and on hold you go. There is simply no way there is always that many calls ahead - if so, they need more staff to answer them. Today takes the cake.....I am on hold and being told there's one caller ahead of me. About 5-10 mins into holding, I am told there's now 2 callers ahead of me. WTF? How is that even possible unless I'm somehow being moved down the list by someone?Update: When someone finally answered the phone, they were extremely rude and actually hung up before I could ask a second question about my medication!

Do not use this location if you need to get your prescription filled the same day. It usually takes 3 days to fill. And don’t waste your time calling because you’ll be on hold for 40 minutes or longer each time, and you might get hung up on!And they lied and said they don’t do pick up at the drive thru when in fact they do! I had to call corporate to get the correct info.PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR ENERGY GOING TO THIS LOCATION! Horrible customer service!

I’ve been on hold for 1 hour, 27 minutes & currently counting & the automated system started off with “3 callers ahead of you”…how is someone on hold for that long for 3 people???

I like doing business at Walgreens. Everyone is wearing a mask and the staff is friendly and actually asks me if they can be of help. My husband has cancer and I like to do business where I feel like I will not bring home germs that can kill him Keep up the safety measures and I will be back.

The nurse in the clinic was very nice and was good at diagnosis for my symptoms was a very good visit will be back when needed

Called the pharmacy with a question about any possible interactions with a children’s cough medicine and and store brand Claritin, the pharmacist acted like she had no idea what those were and asked what was in them. After telling her the ingredients she didn’t seem to understand and in her broken English it sounded like she almost blaming me for not knowing what those were and how they interact, like I didn’t go to school to be a pharmacist, come on now.

The lady working in the drive through pharmacy was not willing to help me figure out why my insurance wasn’t going through. She just suggested me to go through a different Walgreens because calling “tricare” might take awhile. She didn’t even try to find the issue on her end. It was poor service. Meanwhile I called another location and they were very willing and figured out what happened & now I’m picking up my script. Deff recommend the count line Maddison location over this location
