Sams is a great experience for savings. They have everything we want or need and at much better pricing than similar competitors. Using the scan and go feature in the app allows for fast self checkout and ability to skip the lines. Huge time saver worth the price of membership alone

Always easy to get in and out, store is clean, and today I was helped by Frank who spent close to 10 mins helping me find one of my favorite products. He went above and beyond and was super kind doing it!

There is a gas station in the outer area of the parking lot.

Store was well stocked, but as a truck driver trying to get unloaded, I've been here over 2 hours now. Worst Sam's ever. Docks suck as well.

It was super busy today (Friday) before Memorial Day holiday and yet I was in and out rather quickly. I love the self-check area. It is so efficient and I didn't have to wait long at all.

Great store but the line to leave after check out is ridiculous! Even if you go through a line with a cashier, you still have to get in another 5 to 10 minutes line just to have your receipt scanned and verified. I know Costco does this, but they do it in a way to not cause you to wait an additional 5 Minutes to walk out of the door. This will likely be my first and last year with sams club.

Good experience. I use shopp and go...it amazes me to this day WHY more people don't use it. I don't want to stand in long lines when I can scan and walk out. Everyone can do it!

It's a Sam's club. Too busy for me at this location though.
Update. I've been on both weekends and weekdays. The weekends are much busier! I use scan and go, so I don't have to worry about the lines.

If you don't have Sam's membership you're missing out! Scan and shop so easy no waiting in line to cash out! Shipping and delivery is excellent if you're items or damaged no hassle getting replacement! Excellent website easy to use! SAM'S CLUB GETS 10 STARS FROM ME!

I came last week to start my new membership in the service guy told me that there wasn’t any cards for him to print out so I would have to take a temporary print out.
This week, I come back to get my physical card, And he tells me that they don’t have any cards, but he could print out a temporary one. I told him to get my card so I need the real physical card. He tried to get me to PURCHASE a gift card in order For me to use my membership to get gas. I feel like I should not have to do any of that and it should just be given to me in compensation, in order for me to utilize the membership gas !!!! At this point, I don’t even want to deal with Sam’s Club, How idotic is it of them to put their customers through such Difficulty!!! I need a card!!
