I would highly recommend this service center! After I had 4 new tires installed and an oil change at another local tire shop in greenwood Indiana, immediately after starting my vehicle the transmission light came on and I had never had issues until they changed my oil as part of a promotion for "free" with purchase of new tires. Of course, they didn't want to take responsibility. I had my vehicle towed to the Audi dealership on the north side of Indianapolis. I spoke with the service manager and he and I both suspected the tire shop drained my transmission fluid. Well, after the dealership charged me almost 900 dollars and didn't even check my transmission fluid as discussed and the tow fees, they said to find out what the issue was with the transmission, it would cost 9 thousand dollars plus a new transmission would cost 22500 dollars, plus all the other things they said were wrong. So I had it towed to Mikes and after inspection, he found that indeed the tire shop drained my transmission fluid, so he refilled the fluid, replacement of rear brake rotors ans pads as needed, installed valve cover gaskets and spark plugs and ignition coils. All for less than. 2 grand! I could have paid the Audi dealership for the same work and everything they said had to be done with it over twenty thousand dollars!! Mike you truly are an honest man and your company saved me an ever bigger headache and thousands of dollars simply by being honest and having integrity. I will moving forward take all my vehicles here and recommend to everyone else that needs car maintenance done. It's sad that the tire shop was so incompetent and unethical along with the dealership in an effort to boost their bottom line . By doing so they have lost my business along with many others I have discussed the facts with. Thank you so for your excellent service and great work.

Mike has been great to work with on our VW/Audi vehicles. He knows their quirks and is reasonably priced.

Mike took good care of me and at a good price too.
The "guard dog" is friendly until you go to leave. Barks at you like he wants you to stay. Lol.

I will be coming back here for forever!!!! I had my car window break randomly today. It wouldn’t roll up. I work as a nurse and have to leave my car in a public parking lot for 12+ hours every day. I went to a Ford service center to see if they could fix it or give me any sort of quick fix and they turned me away within 5 minutes. I was willing to do anything to make it happen and they wouldn’t even converse with me about it. I went to Mike’s which is 5 min down the road and they immediately, no questions asked, offered to help me. Quoted me $300 and a fix the SAME day. I owe them so much! They’re amazing and so kind!

Had a surprise when arriving to work. My window would not go up and it was raining. So I managed to get the day off. Not knowing hours, I showed up at Mike's to see if he would fix it. He told me it was his busiest day off the week, so didn't know if he could get to it until the next day. By 2:00 that day he was finished. Such a surprise. Thanks Mike.

Mike was amazing! He replaced my clutch within 2 days, and I was able to come pick it up. I noticed the noise I originally brought my car in for was still happening. I called Mike and he told me to bring it back, and he fixed the issue (no charge) the same day! I recommend him to anyone looking for a new mechanic because he is very timely, communicative, and genuinely wants to help you.

When my sons vehicle was dropped off on the week of Thanksgiving he told this place to take their time. First thing to come up was holidays and the delivery of parts. So understandable. Next it was Covid and we have sickness and no help. After lack of help... Ok After constantly trying to contact Mike he said the vehicle was ready it could be pucked up that day 3weeks ago. Mike drove it after having it 7months and it broke down and he had to have it towed so not fixed. Now after numerous attempts to call he won't answer his cell phone and will not return calls to customers. At one time it may have been a good repair shop but now I have never seen such a joke in my life. Go out of business if you cant run your business and talk to customers. Its now been 7months without my vehicle repaired.
