Don’t get me wrong I love coming here to find cool stuff for cheap, but the groups of people that are always there looking for vintage to resell are ridiculously rude and think they should get special treatment. I’ve been pushed and even had stuff taken from my hands… like go get a real job and stop harassing people over clothes thx!!

Place was just so disorganized with people throwing things everywhere. Most things were junk with crazy prices. No employee could help me figure out how much I have on my gift card. Took forever to even get help.

Not as great a selection as my usual Goodwill, but clean and organized. Friendly staff. Great muaic.

They have rearranged the bins. I love it. The treasures are waiting in the bins. So many things to see. The downside is special pricing on heavy items is a little too high now. The other outlet locations price heavy items cheaper. The furniture, appliances and bikes are affordable. They have rotations so new items too a few times a day. Just stay back the customers can get rough over the bins. They run and make it stressful on the workers. For saftey they ask to stand behind yellow lins, keep hands out until all are in place. Many try and take out things still. The workers here have to have patience to deal with the madness.

After a price adjustment for a heavy item they still wanted to charge me $31 for a small side table, which was missing parts, that was in the bins. You can buy side tables outside the bins for $2-$5???
When I brought that up, Joyce's (the manager) response was "and that's fine".
No thanks. I'll stick to the one in Clarksville where they fairly reprice items weighing over 20lbs.
Cashier was nice though.

Bins up against up the wall are awful idea. Saw a lady in a motorized wheelchair stuck in the back due to too many ppl in her way and bins turned. New spot been all over tiktok needs put back the original way.

I love coming to the outlet to find all sorts of items from home decor to clothing an accessories! I normally leave with at least a cart full. I can spend hours, or an entire day here, and still find items.The one downfall is the bins themselves are very dirty and can use a VERY DEEP deep clean. There is often times trash thrown into the bins and wheeled out as well as clothing that is wet?Great place to find items, but definitely need to work on their cleanliness.

They have removed a lot from their usual merchandise, like dishes, books, silverware, baking dishes. And raised the prices.
