I just got a wax. There is weird parking in the back. The shop was clean and looked nice. The girl that did my wax was sweet and very inviting. She followed all of the cleaning practices I would expect for this service. I don't have a lot to comment on as I was in there for approximately 15 minutes for a very quick service.

This is a reply to some previous reviews! Kimberly Miller- I said I was Sorry and You DID RECEIVE A REFUND!! I think it was your main objective all along to receive a free service so you are doing whatever it takes to get that because you didn’t get what you wanted, and that was gel polish on your toenails. We do not provide that service at our salon. And with the application of regular polish, it does sometimes take hours to dry! All of our nail technicians are meticulously, aware of sanitizing, all of their instruments! As far as trimming the cuticles, sometimes they need trimming, and sometimes they don’t. They are taught that in school! I am sorry that your daughter contracted some nail fungus, but I am positive that she did not contract it at our salon. It takes weeks and sometimes months for fungus to appear so obviously she had it in her system before she came to our salon. it also depends on if it is bacterial or fungal, with that being said, there is absolutely no way of knowing where or how she contracted it. when you called me with your concerns, I did say that I was sorry, but on the other hand, you did not give me the time of day to actually reply. All you could do was yell at me! I am not going to be bullied or put down all of my employees are certified in what they do, and know the rules and regulations of the business. I am sorry that you thought you had a bad experience ,but that is no way to act the way that you have!Sarah Weatly-when you called the salon to say that you had contracted nail fungus, you also did not give me the time of day to reply. All you could do was yell at me! I am not going to put up with that behavior so yes I did hang up on you! If you want to be treated as an adult, you have to act like one!!!!!!Javier Hernandez- How dare you!!!!!! You were never a client to our salon and you were put up to giving a bad review!!!!

If I could give a zero I would. Worst place I have ever ever been to. And the owner is unbelievably unprofessional and hateful. I got toe fungus from the pedicure I got and bleed from her cutting my toe. And was the worst experience I have ever had when I talked to the owner she defended the worker and hung up as I was explaining my experience. Trash trash trash!!!! Needs new owner asap

Horrible experience with spa staff and owner!The nail tech that we hired was very unprofessional. Her station was dirty, and her tools were unsanitized. She threw towels and cotton swabs and cotton balls la across the room (missing the trash can ). Cuticles were not cut and the polish used use have been several years old or ruined. It did not go on smoothly and it took forever to dry(literally over an hour ) due to no fans or drying agents and due to this, my polish was ruined once it touched shoes.I originally wanted her to use gel nail polish ; She refused to do gel stating that “It takes too long and too hard to remove “To top it all off My daughter ended up getting toe fungus after the visit.I called the owner to complain, and she was very rude and refused to address the nail tech poor quality of work and unprofessionalism and to try to compensate us in anyway.. all she said was ” take it up with the nail tech”Extremely horrible experience, and will not return and I advise you to stay away from the salon portion of that facility as you will be extremely disappointed and the owner appears to be a disgruntled and NOT willing to accommodate or apologize to anyone who has had poor service.

This was the Great Clips of nail salons !!!! My daughter and I walked in to get a pedicure's when we checked in, we were not given any directions as to where to go other than "upstairs." Once we got upstairs, we still had to ask around as where we were supposed to go and where our nail tech was (we later found out that she was delayed due to the fact of her getting her eyelashes done in the next room). Kayla's (our nail techs) service was extremely unprofessional as she was throwing cotton balls , swabs and towels across the room trying to hit the trash containers they were supposed to go into (some actually hitting my daughter). I asked if I could get my toenails done in gel and she said "no we don't do gel here as it's too hard to remove.. So I decided on a regular paint color, which she proceeded to paint on like a first year nail tech student. I called and spoke with the manager (Denise) to express our disappointment, and dissatisfaction ; she-never apologized for the poor service or for her employees unprofessionalism that obviously reflected on her facility but told me I needed to take it up with the nail tech. Bad service from beginning to end. From making the appointment, trying to find my assigned nail techs booth to the service!! Very disappointing and very unprofessional!!

I have been looking for a reliable and skilled massage therapist for over a year now since my therapist of 12 years moved to North Carolina. I have gone through 6 different massage therapists and now I have found a great massage therapist in Calli Fillensworth. I have back ailments that are cured with a consistent reliable massage. My back aches are now gone thanks to Calli. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a massage therapist that is both skilled and positive with her customers.Service: Massage
