What a beautiful salon!! When I walked in there was a place to hang my coat. A comfortable, inviting seating area. I met my stylist, such a professional sweet girl. She offered a spot to hang my purse( I so appreciate not having my purse on the floor with the hair) she even had a little dish for my glasses!! I requested all over white highlights. I have a front section of my hair that is the exact color I requested for all over highlights. I also took a picture of the cut I want to achieve. I am NOT a quaffed hair style person! I don't have white highlights! My haircut is nothing like I requested. It's very outdated. I'm so disappointed!!! I needed to feel better about myself. I did a great deal of research before choosing this salon. The only thing I can do, is wait for my hair to grow and accept the fact I wasted money on lowlights when I requested highlights.

Go here if you want your hair about 6 inches shorter than requested ? I asked for the length to be around the collar bone area and it ended up to my chin.

I brought my daughter here a few times. Emily was great. The receptionist scheduled her with Lizzy :( for the last 1-2 appointments. She wasn't as nice as Emily and didn't do as good as Emily (Emily was scheduled out for a while). My daughter's grandpa was going to take her for her trim, but the battery on his vehicle wouldn't start. My daughter called 10 minutes before her appointment to let her know what happened. The receptionist said, "your stylist will send you an invoice". The receptionist didn't offer to reschedule. Lizzy sent me a $30 invoice (the next day). I called to ask if she could reschedule and Lizzy said, "Not until you pay $30". I told her that I didn't understand why she would charge $30 knowing it wasn't intentional. She said she "has to treat me the same as other people that don't show up to their appointments". I said, "That's discouraging". She said the haircuts are $30 (seeming upset & comparing it to a Great Clips). She also let me know that she is "her own boss" and can set her own policy. However, when I called to make the appointment, I was not told about this policy. She seems to have lost her enjoyment of building clients/customers, because she tried very hard to make it obvious that she just wanted the $30 & could care less about rescheduling. We should have insisted on scheduling with Emily.

Tiffany’s SAVED THE DAY. I had an appointment with a nail artist somewhere else to get my nails done for my wedding, and they stopped responding at my appointment time. I called Tiffany’s, and even though their nail artists were booked, they squeezed me in and they look GREAT! Naomi was such a great nail artist and really helped me decide what I wanted and took the time to make sure they were exactly what I wanted. The other ladies at the shop were constantly checking in on me and offering suggestions, and were just overall so kind. I cannot thank them enough for helping me today!Service: Manicure

I first want to complement the owner for organizing a competent, respectful, and gracious staff. It has been a year now that we have been experiencing the “something new” treatment and I have learned enough in life to know that it didn’t come together by accident. I started bringing my elderly Mother in to get her hair done (Tara) and she was amazed by the professionalism and quality on her fine thin hair. Then a few months later Sasha started doing her nails. Both the technician and stylist always greet us with a smile and make us feel comfortable. I have now given up my Great Clips days and I’m sold on the Something New Experience. Oh and for the Men out there I should add that the staff is gorgeous. So there’s that too.

My gf loves getting her nails done here. Recently had her nails done by Sasha and the nails still look great. She also loves Sarina's nail work as well! She has other stuff done here as well but absolutely loves the nail services, never feels like she's getting ripped off!Service: Acrylic nails
