The lady that I did business with was great I moved out of ther a year ago. But will be going back to rent another storage unit in the near future. The only bad thing I have to say is I forgot to get my deposit back from them and that was on me not them

Did not have any problems getting into the storage facility. There were no unwanted animals or bugs in the unit where my things were stored. Will use again.

I have always had a great experience with Reasner Self Storage. They have a great security gate for keeping unwanted guests out and video surveillance. The parking lot is never crowded which makes it easy to get in and out quickly. The rows between the storage units are fairly tight though and turning around the units with a big uhaul or something is not possible it seems. This is not a big deal to me but since the owner works as a full time doctor, there is hardly ever anybody on site that can help you. You usually have to call him and have him meet you there if you need something. But he's very timely in returning your calls.
