We recently had to let go of our dog Chloe. Dr. Crowe, and her staff working on the morning of 8.2.24 were the one bright spot in an otherwise terrible day.
They were so kind and compassionate. I can't adequately express our gratitude for how they helped us through that time.
Thank you.

I'm new to this area, and my cat is having liver damage, she has jaundice even. I was frantically trying to get her help. She means the world to me. Right when we got there, we were turned away. Just because they aren't accepting new patients. I just feel like in emergency cases there should be exceptions made. I don't have to come to your clinic for every future appointment. I just really needed help today. My cat could have died! Luckily, another clinic took her in today, and helped her. My cat just might make it now. No thanks to this clinic though!

Our pets have been patients at Noah’s on the south side of Indy and Noah’s in Carmel over more than a decade through several moves. We recently moved to Greenfield and we were told that Noah’s Brandywine is not taking new patients and to look elsewhere. Disappointing.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, I went in to set up an appointment for my kitten to get some shots and spade, but I still have my appointment so I haven't seen a vet yet. Just the office staff, so I'm sure the rest will go well.

Always so wonderful and kind with our shy, scared girl. We have been able to call and get in to see a tech same-day. When we couldn't get in, we were able to send in some pictures, get a diagnosis, and pick up the prescription in a matter of 24 hours. Knowledgeable staff.
Only wish they could take her sister also.

I adopted a cat from Hamilton County shelter and i selected Noah's because they were close by. The staff were all real nice and very helpful. I went at the end of the day and they never rushed me. The Dr was very thorough and easy to deal with. We discussed any questions and talked about options that I could try for my cat. She did not push medical stuff or procedures on me, which is important for me. Thanks to the staff, see you next time.

Noahs Brandywine has taken care of my dog’s health and boarding since she was a pup. She is greeted by name and doesn’t balk at going into the office, so I know she is well cared for there.

FYINoahs Animal Hospital in Greenfield is not a humane business. Asked for nausea meds because Opie is nearing his end and I want to keep him comfortable until it's time. They won't give him a refill until he gets bloodwork done. He was diagnosed with Cushing disease , liver cancer, and heart murmer by University of Illinois and Noah's has those records. I then asked about euthanasia because he is feeling bad consistently. Their reply was "it's by appointment only and they are booked until February." He has been a patient for a year. They were also charging us full price for meds and they could have price matched with Chewy the entire time. I found out about the price matching while picking up meds last month and happened to be listening to a customer's discussion with their office help. They never treat your animal in front of you, taking them in another room to do anything including blood work. I asked them several times and was always told it is their policy. Don't waste your time with Noah's Animal Hospital. Take your pet somewhere they are valued and treated kindly.
