Rented a storage space from this facility for about a year. The staff is very friendly and helpful… a delight to rent from. The large unit that I rented was well maintained, secure, and accessible. Highly recommend.

We used this location for a short term storage of our personal items. The office staff was extremely helpful and easy to reach. I actually completed my application and did everything via phone, on my first call. I also knew what we needed and didn’t need to look at the space.Very clean parking lots and entry way. We always felt safe and secure while there. We had some nasty rain during the times we used the units, but our items remained clean and dry!We would highly recommend this location to anyone needing long term or short term rentals. Easy to pay your monthly bill, I used auto pay and didn’t have to think about it.

I would recommend Cumberland storage for anyone needing a climate control or standard unit. Jon was really helpful throughout the whole process. Great customer service and nice units.

These guys are awesome!!! They have a free 10 Foot box truck that they allow you to use on move-in day. They also allowed me to pay a partial month on both my move-in month and my move out month so I didn't pay even one day extra
