Very sarcastic employees. No help at all. Close earlier than scheduled. Have caused me shipping delays twice in 3 weeks. I'm 2 miles away but I know drive three times as far to niles because they are helpful and friendly.

I’ve never had a problem at this location. Not once. If there is a line it moves fast. The employees are always nice.

I am very un happy I was in there on monday &wanted to pay to have my mothers birthday gift card to her and so she would have it Wednesday on her Birthday an the lady told me why pay extra it will be there on Wednesday.... Well today is Saturday and it's still not there.... Im Not a happy Camper this is very upsetting ? ... no wonder why no one wants to us the mail anymore ? ?

SOLOMON was a real Gem today. I went in to mail out a package, waited 20 minutes to be served, and because I didn't have the return address written on the box he made me take a maker, get out if place in line and go add the address. Not a big deal as there was only one person behind me, so she went and I took exactly 38 seconds to write my return address on the package. During that 38 seconds, I younger lady walked in and stepped in front if me in line. I am a generous and friendly person so I didn't say anything and let her go first even tho I by right should have. She also did not have proper address on her package either, but instead of making the young lady in bootie shorts get back out of line and do what I did. He let her stand right there and fix her problem, making my time there even longer. Not professional Solomon and I don't appreciate your treatment.

This post office is often unreliable. Often mail is late and often mail is missing. It's very strange and I hope things get fixed soon.

What a joke. Took a package there wasn't taped and didn't have a sticker that said where it was to go to. They wanted me to pay $4 for a $1 roll of tape, pay for the paper for me to write where its going, then on top of that pay for tracking. I told them to screw off and Ill just go to UPS which does that for free. What would have cost around $30 at USPS costed me less than $20 just down the road at UPS. This place it a joke, I see why I stopped shipping with USPS

Unhelpful staff that refuses to do their job. My regular mail lady and the staff at the Notre Dame branch of the post office both admit honestly that scan forms don't do anything and that every package dropped off needs scanned even if one is provided. The employees at the Granger branch insist on having scan forms, which they rely on instead of doing their job. Even when I have brought them scan forms before, my packages never appeared in the system, which means upset customers who think their orders never shipped. I avoided bringing anything to them this year but ended up needed to bring in a large number of packages before the weekend. They offered to scan in just 10, but said their manager told them they could just dump the rest (dozens) into the system with no tracking until delivery. Incompetence and lack of concern for customers needs are so bad here. I was not about to leave thousands of dollars of merchandise at their mercy and took it all back to drop off at another post office. This post sounds so petty, but I have never ever had another post office refuse to scan every package. It's literally their only job when I bring in packages that are already labeled and ready to go, and packages showing a pre-transit status the last two Christmases have wreaked havoc on my business. At least this year they had the courtesy to warn me.

Super useless staff. I moved here a week ago and both times I've gone in they have been headaches to deal with. I called the 800 number to USPS for instructions on how to change our address and when I go to this facility, instructed by customer support, the crew seem oblivious. Also, don't come in with a package that needs a piece pf tape.... they also can't help with that. Unless you want to buy a whole roll! Save yourself the headache and travel to a different USPS

I had a passport appointment at 11:30 and I l left 25 minutes early from home but arrived at 11:34 due to road closures I was unknown about near the post office. For this reason I had a 4 minute delay in arriving. I spoke to the passport agent, who was working at the front, and she said you have to reschedule if you’re more than 5 minutes late even when we arrived before the five minutes were up. She argued with us for 10 minutes when she could have finished our appointment by then. She then went and took the next appointment five minutes earlier when she could have still taken us. She was being very arrogant and kept on repeating that she needed to go on lunch break after 12 even when we had all of our documents ready at 11:34. We had a 15 minute time slot and still had 10 minutes left which she wasted while taking another customer and blamed that we should have been on time.
