“I never write reviews but I have to, I was amazed on how my customer service I got from Joshua S on Grape road Mishawaka. I'm newly 18 and was looking to get a new phone. Entering the adult world I didn't know about all the things that you have to do. Joshua was super patient with me. We had wonderful conversations while we had to wait 30 mins for my old phone to transfer into my new phone. He explained things in ways I could understand it. He never got annoyed when I asked to look at multiple cases or screen protectors and he would explain how each of them are different. I felt very safe and understood working with Joshua S. Amazing service. I hope he sees this and is recognized for his wonderful service.”

I would highly recommend anyone to come here for a new phone, provider, etc as they will give you a fair deal, and outright tell you if they think there is a better option for your budget.”
