I was preparing for an 1,800 mile road trip and needed to replace my fuel filter. Monteith got me in the same day and I was done in less than an hour!
This is not the first time they have serviced my truck the same day. I picked up a screw in my tire and they fixed it right away.
Monteiths is my go to for my truck!

I have had some bad experiences with getting my oil changed in the past, so as a result I am always a little scared going to a new shop. Thankfully the gentleman at Monteith’s were extremely polite, didn’t try to upsell me, and had my car out of there in less than an hour. I will be returning there again!

We are going to purchase a used car and I brought it in to be inspected. It was a Friday afternoon and we didn’t have a scheduled appointment. They got us in fairly quickly and Dianna went over everything they found and gave us cost estimates for the repair and recommendations. She even went above and beyond and looked up the VIN to see the maintenance records. Thanks so much for your help!

I had made 2 trips for alignments both times I had to replace parts, which I did immediately. Each time was different parts. I went to Doug's alignment they checked EVERYTHING over and said that I needed camber bolts and then a immediate alignment, it took a few days to get to put the parts on so by the time I was ready for an alignment they were scheduled out 2 weeks, I decided to give Monteith another shot since its a simple alignment. They had my car in for MAYBE 10 minutes, and said I had a bad front ball joint and control arm bushing (part of one of the parts I replaced as advised at a previous alignment) they did show me that there was play in these 2 parts.i drive 2 miles to a friends house, jacked the car up and 1/4 turn of the ball joint and it was perfect, 1/2 a turn on the bushing and it was tight (just normal movement) I went in for a $90 alignment, ended up charged $47 for me to play on my phone for an hour and a half and for them to drive my car in and lift it 3 inches off the ground and wiggle my tires.... It took 2 minutes for me to snug up 2 nuts.... Something one would assume would be checked to verify if components are "BAD" before proceeding with why the customer is there. Doug's will be fitting me in, I may have to be without my car for a few days but at least I will get effort from them. A $47 diagnostic fee when I didn't need diagnosis is rather ridiculous and quite lazy

My Daughter had her tire come off her Dodge Journey on her way to work, the car was towed to Monteith's Best One Tire.
Chris, Nick & Management went above & beyond to get my daughters tire & car fixed.

Stopped in close to 5 pm with an almost flat tire. Good thing I did, because it was dangerously damaged from a pot hole. I purchased 2 new tires which were competitively priced and I was back on the road in 30 mins. Excellent service at this location. Thanks again!

During a snowstorm, I couldn't keep air in one of my tires. They got me right away and found a very small nail in my tire. Patched it up in less than 15 minutes and had me on my way home before the slushy snow storm got worse. Very friendly, and bilingual too. Their guys were able to assist more than one customer who could only speak Spanish, while I was waiting.
