Really bad service, the lady didn't even standed up to show me the matresses, I had to go to look a matress and go back to her desk to be asking for prices. Not recommended at all. Really bad customer service.Update: for some reason I am not able to see your replay, maybe you blocked me. Why you say you dont have records that I've been in your store? You want me to show the appointment confirmation ?It was just a feedback about the lady that is not kind, thats all.

Had spent the entire day shopping for a mattress and box springs for my brother. I had called earlier and made an appointment for 5PM. We found just what we wanted, a quality mattress at a great price. Mattress was delivered the next day. Staff is terrific, friendly, courteous and no sales pitch or pressure. Such an easy process, highly recommend Mattress by Appointment!

Highly recommended this place at Mattress by Appointment of Goshen. For many years I went by that place to work. This is first time for me to stop at this place. I got off work which is only a block away from it. Took me half an hour to find the right product. Her answers are very helpful of my understanding before purchasing it. Trying listen closely with my worn hearing aid. I use sign languages. Two days later I gave them a time to deliver to our rural location. Thank you! She and her son helped deliver the frame and bed in cargo van. Remember this business are husband and wife no sales agent. GOD bless their family! Would purchase again way in future!

great overall experience today the lady that was there were very helpful and respectful. she even helped me load the mattress onto my van. great overall experience would reccomend to anyone. also price point was great.

Mattress by appointment is the best! They don't push you to buy something out of your budget. I told Amanda exactly what I wanted, within 20 minutes we were in and out! I had my mattress delivered within 3 hours of purchase, for FREE!

Made my appointment I didn't have to wait. Prices were very reasonable the lady was not pushy at all. I recommend making an appointment next time you need a it's well worth it.

The mattress I got is very good quality and decently priced! It took about 20 minutes to pick my mattress and fill out the paperwork, within 3 hours my new mattress was delivered free of charge. I'm happy!

I bought a mattress today and let me tell you the process was quick and painless!! I was in and out in 20 min and less than 2 hours later my mattress was delivered. I highly recommend and can't wait to go to sleep tonight! I wish I would of done this months ago. Thanks so much!!!!!

Wasn’t real impressed. Made an appointment and she was obviously overbooked and busy. Everything is in plastic so hard to get the feel of what a bed feels like. Not real friendly or helpful. Won’t go back to this location again.
