Lack of customer service, cant get mail deleted properly. No one up front to help when theres a line. PO in general suck they all lose your mail dont care that you have important personal info on documents out there. They just dont give a damn about you at all. Spend the money and use FedEx or UPS.

Miss deliveries of mail packages, etc. The mail never arrived. I rescheduled a delivery even though I was home when they "tried" to give it. I have cameras that show no effort was made. I am disappointed that Lakestation is not handling its mail.

What a joke! They deserve 0 stars!!! Haven't received mail going on 2 weeks! Informed delivery says I should have damn near 30 pieces of mail including important tax information that is not available for me to get online! I am pissed! I've been up there, filed a complaint through the 1800 number and I still don't have mail! I'm convinced y'all burning past mail that you don't want to deliver! Hopefully the burning mail investigation will start soon!

They are short staffed. If your situation is complicated I don’t advise you go here. Because the line is long they tell you anything to keep the line moving.

Never open on time, don't waste your time. Don't bother if you aren't black either. They will roll their eyes, be unwilling to help, make you wait forever, they steal packages, denigrate you publicly nd are constantly eating. Thanks for the cheetoh crumbs with my change. I hope everyone their gets coronary disease to go along with their diabetes.

USPS driver on multiple occasions threw packages delivered. One package happened to my dad’s medical pump. Which broke. Nothing seems to be done to the driver

I arrived at 8a, when they're supposed to open and no one came to the counter to help the customers until almost 8:30. This was the 3rd time in 2 weeks this has happened. The worker is very nice and it's not his fault that they're short staffed. They need to hire people or change their hours rather than make the customers wait.

Absolutely terrible. Items will sit for days before moving on. Act like they attempted a delivery and just mark it as business closed when we have people in the front office 24/7
