Late night cashier used a slur when I asked for my receipt. Refused to provide the receipt so I left. Don't give them your money.

Rude cashier. Expected a thank you when she handed me a receipt because the gas printer did not work. I had to come in in the rain and patiently in line for the receipt. She was also sucking on soda and dressed in a Taco Bell outfit.

Sometimes the gas price is lower, which is great. 16 easily accessible pumps, but they don't support Google Pay. It's sometimes difficult to turn left onto Grant St when leaving, and the pumps NEVER have receipts (something they can fix).

We were traveling late at night. Got off the interstate to use the bathroom and get some drinks. It said the BP is open 24 hours and has a bathroom online. There is a big sign on the door that says no public restroom. Why have a 24 hr gas station at an interstate exit with no restroom?

Very nice gas stop, with a couple restaurants, showers, and shopping area. However, the cashiers ALWAYS have an attitude and are rude every time I come in. Friendlier staff would earn it 5 stars.

This place was great even when I had an issue with one of their pumps. The pump malfunctioned and kept running up charges even though I had stopped pumping gas. I told the staff who took down my number and said they would give it to the manager. They never did unfortunately so I think they should be trained a little better on this. I did however send an email to BP about the situation and the manager did contact me. He did not argue about this issue at all and said he would refund the amount of money that the pump went over. He admitted to the malfunction and refunded the money without any protest or argument.

Literally the best gas station/rest stop I've ever been to. There's a massive mini-mart, clean bathrooms, vending machines, a full-scale diner, extensive semi truck bays, plenty of normal vehicle bays, a plentiful parking lot (not pictured, but it exists), a Taco Bell/Pizza Hut combo, a Verizon retailer, amongst other things. It also has cool steel city related decorations throughout, and friendly workers. Beyond that, they have armed security guards onsite in order to keep the peace. Last, but definitely not least, their prices are comparable to the nearby speedway! Would definitely recommend!!

I am disabled, they have plenty of parking for the disabled. They have a nice clean environment to walk around in. The restaurant are clean, the restrooms are clean. The service at the counter to get your gas is a little slow but that's because they have a lot of pumps. But,overall its a great place to stop for gas and food
