Brandi gave me 10/10 beard trim & hair cut. I went with the Ultimate MVP and worth every penny!!! Definitely will be back and I definitely will choose Brandi! Very professional, very funny and insanely precise with her hair cuts!!!! My girlfriend love the haircut!!!!

Been going to this place for at least a year, once a month, steph has always gone above and beyond and I can't thank her enough, wont let anyone else cut my hair but her. Always makes me feel comfortable in a man's shop. I think the on line system "sucks"! Doesn't work half the time and hard to maneuver on, big shout out to steph you do an awesome job and can't thank you enough!

Very unfriendly and rude .Im Fastest hair cut / worst I ever had . Less than 10 mins and Steph was done . Didn’t even take the time to move my chain on my neck hit 4 times then had to ask not to hit it anymore . Ask for bald fade- still have hair so didn’t even get what I ask for . Unsatisfied with the service that I received today from Steph .

Spent about 40 mins trying to check in online, reset my password a couple times finally just called to see if I could check in online. Went from whoever answered the phone to the "manager." I explained all these attempts to check in online. She was really $h!tty about this request but agreed to check me in over the phone this one time. I absolutely hate this business model where customers have to create a whole account just to get a haircut. This manager has easily been the rudest person I've dealt with at a sport clips.

Online check in system wasn’t working. Called to be added to the waitlist and was told they don’t have anyone at the computer to do so and instead just come in to be added to the wait list then. Just defeats the whole point of being added to a waitlist to reduce the amount of time you wait if your system is down and you won’t take a check in over the phone.
