waited 10 mins and got no help so we went shopping. Stopped back by and the lady working refused to do a boys cut that would have taken 5 mins if that. Said I'd have to make an appointment. It's inside Walmart not high dollar. There's no way I'm making an appointment sorry.Sucks to be her because now that $20 tip I planned on giving will be given to the barber down the road.

Ginger is amazing. She took me after I briefly wasted my time at a cash only salon ?. I had called about 10 local salons, no one wants to answer the phone; I guess making $300+ in a couple hrs isn’t such a biggie anymore. Moxy did answer, but they were booked. Needed full highlights and trim for long thick hair. Ginger has high level skills to handle my hair. The outcome is gorgeous. I’ll continue to go to her while I live in Franklin. Salon is located in Walmart, which worked out great since I needed to buy groceries for date night ❤️ lol. Super clean, organized, and lots of product, which I also purchased. Thanks again, Ginger!

I had a scheduled appointment for 5:30 for a root lightening. This was to be one appointment out of a total of 3 to get my hair the way I want it for my wedding. I watched one customer be fully taken care of and another almost done. I waited until 6:30 to be taken care of and was still ignored. No product touched my hair and the stylist didn’t even recognize my absence until I had already driven home. (She called to see where I went) They didn’t deserve my business after an hour of absolutely nothing. If I wanted a 6:30 appointment, I would have scheduled it at that time and not wasted an hour away from my family. My recommendation is The Lavish Hair Salon in Greenwood. That’s where I will be taking my business from this point on.

Usually love the place since Ginger (the Mgr.) does a great job on my husband's hair but they have been closed since the virus and I don't know when they're open.
