My TV service goes out a lot, and internet is not much better. You call them and you have to do all the work for them to fix it. Unbelievable. Worst customer service ever.

Had service installed on the 14th of March. I have internet service for about 3 hours and it has been out since. Today is the 21st. I have called daily and a technician came out on Sunday. I keep being told it will be 24 hours for it to be fixed. Still not!!!! I am a brand new customer who is expected to pay a bill for service I haven't received. Cannot get a solid answer as to what is wrong or when it will be fixed. Looking for a provider that can actually deliver what they say.... so frustrated and disappointed!!!!☹️

Editing!!!! We are without service YET AGAIN!!!!!!! Since 10:40 YESTERDAY MORNING!!!!!! We were told at 8pm last night service would be reconnected within 30 minutes..... where is our service!?!?! I work from home!!!!! Liars and theives!!!! We barely get half of 1G as well!!!! Time to cancel!!!! Hope the lies were worth it! Everyone needs to be aware of the mess they're getting themselves into!!! Do not use MetroNet!We have been without service for over 2 days. No idea when it will be restored. I've tried calling 5 times and can't get through. I left an inquiry and I got a response to call the 800 number. Yes, I have, thats why I'm reaching out to customer service..... over 4 years of service and I can't get an update to when it's being restored. I work from home. Explain to me how I'm supposed to work from home without internet? Funny how a friend lives literally less than 2 miles from us and they never had an interruption. Giving your customers an actual response would be quite helpful. Ever think of doing that? Do better.UPDATE: 6 days without internet. Contacted a rep through the FB page as suggested and i was told my service was restored. It obviously isn't. I sent a screenshot showing how I didnt have internet. Waiting on a reply. In the meantime we called and finally got through to a nice rep and he still did not have a timeframe.

Been a customer for almost 6 years. techs 5 star, the last 5 years and 11 months 5 star, the last month since 12/26/2023 awful. supposedly there is shelf migration and the last month out internet is awful. its 2024, we stream we use the internet thats why i pay for it and now im paying for a service i cant use. 1/26/24 will be one month since ive had issues pertaining to what im told "shelf migration", why is it taking so long to correct? what caused it in the first place? i just want answers and some kind of help to when this will be fixed. ive been patient but its starting to run out.

Metro net techs entered my backyard without my permission and my dog escaped! I had a knock on my door this morning, that I assume was them, which I couldn’t answer and I guess they took that as permission to enter my backyard! I saw them in front of my house later in the afternoon and didn’t think anything of it - their equipment was blocking my mail box but I figured they would only be there for the day so I didn’t say anything. Well maybe I should have because they didn’t shut the gate well enough because one of my dogs pushed it open and ran off - I’m lucky that all my dogs listen well and he came back to me after I yelled at him but this could have been so much worse!! Lock going on my gate ASAP!

I am not in Franklin Indiana I am on the east side of Indiana. We love it. We do have some buffering issues occasionally but not a big enough deal for me to not keep the service! I work from home and I was super nervous to switch to metronet but I have not had any problems working from home since switching! I am saving so much money! Thank you metronet!

For the most part I'm happy with the switch from Xfinity to Metronet. Love the symmetrical download and upload speeds. However, when I tested them using my phone on the Metronet app (Down 983, Up 933) compared to my Ethernet connected iMac (Down 831, Up 948), the speeds on the phone were somewhat higher which defies my logic. Had some difficulty communicating with guys burying the line, but they were quick to use Google translate which made communication possible. Also, after doing a walk through I found a number of clumps of grass that were not used to fill in some of the crevices created while burying the line.
