“All I could ask for: prompt, courteous service at a fair price. Requiring that all vehicles are in working order is also a hugely underrated plus. Have dealt with other RV storage places in the past that undercut everyone on price, and then you roll into the lot and see a half-dozen rotting cars or campers that haven’t moved from their parking spots since the Reagan administration.”

“The manager at Pendleton Pike facility (Ben) was very accommodating to my immediate needs and concerns. He worked with me on giving me the best storage deal he could offer, as well as, assurance of the facility's quality and security which appeared to be evident. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the storage hubs. (Glad I chose Signature Storage, however, I'm in that area a great deal and never noticed it before. You need better advertisement signs)”

“But definitely recommend getting a storage unit with the front desk lady she's been there for about 16 years very decent prices and she's willing to work with you as long as you're in good communication and make sure that you stay to your word very clean units in the park itself is very clean and organized and well taken care of and managed very well and it also has good surveillance that tops into her phone immediately when there's any type of movement so she's always making sure and watching that there's no vandalism or any type of break that can cause our customers to worry about their personal belongings”
