When husband was shopping at hardware store next door, I snuck into Roberts Shoes. WOW! They had several choices of extra wide in very stylish boots. I absolutely love my boots and have been back twice to purchase other shoes! Thank you Roberts for carrying X-wide in current styles.”

“This was my first visit to Fleet Feet. I was there after being refeered by my podiatrist. Alex read my diagnosis and did the scan of my feet, then recommended several pairs of athletic shoes that would meet the doctor's recommendation. Alex was personable, knowledgeable, and patient. I did buy one of the pairs that she recommended, though any of the four would have been satisfactory. Great place, great people, great products.”
“I decided, upon recommendation, to schedule a consultation with Christopher James in July of '23 for my December '23 wedding. I'm in a power wheelchair and I've tried numerous times with other stores to get a suit that fit my... quirky body shape, to no avail.From that first consultation with Dillon, I knew we came to the right place. He ended up spending two hours with me listening to my needs and taking measurements, making suggestions, etc. My then fiance and I left that day feeling heard and taken care of.Every time we went in to see Dillon after that, he made us feel totally comfortable and well taken care of. This was not an easy suit for him to piece together, but he did an absolutely stunning job! He is so attentive, thorough, and thoughtful. He treated us like friends, and he honestly became one for us. He even stopped by on the day of the wedding to make sure the suit was laying just right for me while in my chair! He went so far above and beyond for me and my wife.With suits, you get what you pay for, and we got top notch service and quality from Dillon, and everyone else at Christopher James. The store gets 5 out of 5 stars, but if I could, I would give Dillon 20 stars!”

“I went in to get the New Lebrons, Kyree not only tookthe time to help me get my shoes but engaged in conversation with me and made me feel comfortable. Also while helping me he was attentive to other customers and respectful when helping them as well.Everyone else seemed vary engaged and helpful. Seeing comments on some of these reviews seems very misleading. If you go into a store in a bad mood you'll leave in a bad mood and try and find something to be an issue... “I brought my son here to buy some shoes. While we were in the store, he dropped $20 that he had brought along. He did not realize the money was missing until we got to the car. We headed back into the mall hoping the money would still be there. To our surprise, an employee (Mike) was walking through the mall looking for us to return the money. In addition to great shoes and selection, this store has top-notch customer service that exceeded my expectations and made my son's day.”

However, when they have a big bluetooth speaker strobing to the beat of the music, that's a problem for me. Why businesses don't ever take that into consideration for people with epilepsy, I'll never know.”

“I found this shop by accident one day as I was getting my husband Mexican food. I walked in and the gal behind the counter was very nice. I came back the next time and bought some scrubs and had the same great gal there. The last few times I have gone in there I met the owner. She is sweet, and willing to help anyway she can. I went yesterday and it was the owner again. I love this place. Always great service, have a huge selection, and they are willing to get you your size right away if they don't have them on hand. I called and they found the shoe right after I left. I went back and got the shoes. Shoes are cool though. Worker was friendly.”
