The guys are patient and happy to assist in any way they can. Completely different experience than we’re used to at other far lots and dealerships. Furthermore they went above and beyond, standing behind their promise they advertise for their warranty on their vehicles. Our truck was an oddity that required a lot of patience and skilled diagnosis after bought the truck. The crew took care of me and made sure I was able to keep chugging along with my business like I did before

I bought my 08 Chevy Trailblazer from here back in December as they came highly recommended by my neighbor. They were very nice and let me test drive every vehicle I was interested in. When I was done with one the other was waiting on me already heated up. Once I decided we started the process. A few days later they even brought the vehicle to me and took my trade from where I was because I work 12 hr shifts. Who else goes out of their way like that? Well I started having some issues with my truck. They would come get it from me and bring it back if it was going to be more than an hr or so. This happened a few times but it was to weed out the issue so they knew for sure what the problem was. I was finally able to get my schedule to align so I could drop it off for a few days. They dropped me off at home and when it was done the next day picked me up so I could get it. Again what other place does this for you? None that I can think of. Thank you guys so much!!!!

This was the first time I've ever purchased a vehicle from a dealer that I did not know personally. From the moment I walked in the door I could sense Integrity, honesty and straightforwardness. never once did I sense pressure or manipulation. I would highly recommend these guys for your vehicle needs. without a doubt everything about the shopping experience was positive and quality!!

I bought my 2011 Explorer from Reliable a year and a half ago. Guy and Todd were super helpful and thorough when selling my husband and I our vehicle. They got me the best deal around, after searching for a vehicle for almost 2 weeks, non-stop. The vehicle met all my needs and most importantly, it was a safe vehicle given the fact that I was pregnant with our daughter. I did purchase the extended warranty knowing, I was buying a used vehicle that was 7 years old with 125,000 miles on it...makes since to to do so, just saying, to the people who complain that they weren't helped out when something broke. When I worked in the car parts business, I sold parts to Reliable on a daily basis, so yes, they do change out air filters, change the oil, fix suspension parts, etc. I would buy again from them a million times over, knowing how much they've helped me out when I've been uncertain about a noise or had any concerns. Tom is an excellent mechanic and looks things over top to bottom, front to back, making every vehicle safe. I would recommend them over and over again.

We stopped at Reliable because we saw a Ford Escape for sale. My daughter had been looking for one for months. We finally gave up trying to find one. Then within two days of stopping looking we saw this one. We pulled in and looked over the 2009. It was super clean, no real body/rust issues, fairly low mileage, and a price she could afford.

Made the hour and a half trip to buy a truck they had advertised. Was not disappointed! Very honest and upfront. Staff is awesome! Went to bmv to plate and there was a mix up in the paperwork. contacted them and problem was fixed(and faxed lol)within 5 minutes. Highly recommend. Will definitely be the first place I look if and when I want another vehicle.
