Paul Parker and Jarrad Gettys were great to work with for my new car. Got me in and out same day with the car I was looking for and went out of their way to make it happen. Really appreciate all of their help and would definitely buy a car from them again!

Great experience! Ryan Meeks was not at all pushy, and really listened to what I was looking for and found what I wanted. They worked to make my payments less than what I wanted to pay. Everyone I worked with at the Lima Road location was friendly and helpful. Any cars we buy in the future will be from them!

I went there on a Saturday to purchase a 2022 Ford F350 100,000 miles, knowing it was a rental unit. When ask they said it was a one owner, so i ask again if they could look it up. They came back with they didn't know, I told them I already knew and was ok with it being a rental "Ford Program Vehicle." The sales guy was new and really eager to help in anyway he could. With the manager we agreed on a price and I ask if they accept a company check his response was they prefer a certified check, so I ask again and he gave the same response. On monday the sales manager call and ask why I didn't purchase the truck. When I told the story he replied I will check with the office but I am sure we could take it now. First time ever trying to do business, not a very good experience

Really like the service people. They are always curious and I've brought my cars in lately because the tire pressure light came on and they filled up my tires for no charge. I recommend them any time.

If I could give them zero stars, I would! They knowingly sell you a car that does not work and will run out of warranty just in time for them not to have to pay for anything. They know nothing about foreign cars, so do not buy them from here they say they have your back and they would love to have your business but they will never have mine. They should never have yours either. I bought a 2016 Volvo and it started overheating. They wouldn’t even look at it until after it was out of warranty and then wouldn’t do anything about it. Your dad would be ashamed about how you’re running his business because he never treated people like this! He always held his family name and his family business higher than that.
