It has been 3 weeks since I could reach anyone regarding my intended collision repair at Kelley. After a few pictures of the body that constituted my estimate on 8/14, my claim was approved. I signed my repair authorization on 8/20 with Jonathan Wilkins. This was the last I have heard from, or could reach, anyone at Kelley. Despite inquiries thru email and phone, they simply will not respond or return a single email/call. It is hard to be understanding while experiencing complete disregard from a company that you are trying to do business with. They have recieved over $1200 from Hartford insurance yet my car has never saw a mechanic and I can’t get a single person to respond.

I’m going to edit to add that on 9/10 I have been contacted. We are attempting to remedy this and I will rectify this review later upon completion

We have had a nightmare experience. They have had our car for over 5+ weeks replacing a driver side window and minimal door and bumper damage. We specifically agreed to use a generic window and that's it that we would handle the rest of the repairs at a later date as we need our car. Next thing we know without our permission they didnt just replace the window with a factory generic one but the one on backorder and then proceeded to do the other repairs as well leaving us without a car for over 5weeks. The worst part was that they didn't even communicate this to us nor would they return calls to give us an ETA. We received 2 text messages that continue to say they don't know when the car will be ready... I mean are you friggin kidding me no car for 5 weeks is completely UNEXCEPTABLE. I wouldnt tell my worst enemy to go here. Horrible horrible customer service more like their running a circus.

Really dissatisfied with such poor communication. No timelines for when my simple repairs could be completed or when parts would even be available. No callbacks, no return emails, poor attitudes. Something is wrong here, maybe it's the management. Took it somewhere more local to me instead and in less than a week the repairs are already getting done. Thought I would be better off taking my car to the dealership family where I bought the vehicle, I was sorely mistaken.

Incompetent, unprofessional and dishonest. Our '22 Tiguan was taken there for roof and glass repairs after a June 13th storm. It still isn't being worked on in spite of all parts being available and promises from staff that it would be. The Maoist recent excuse is about a specific tool they need and is likely bs just like all of their other excuses.
